About the Project
Marking the debut of the 1 Hotels brand in Japan, 1 Hotel Tokyo introduces a nature led approach to luxury hospitality within the heart of the city. Designed by CRÈME Architecture & Design, the interiors embrace biophilic principles, combining reclaimed materials, natural textures, and Japanese wabi-sabi influences to create a calm and immersive urban retreat. Framed by sweeping views of the Imperial Palace and Tokyo Tower, the hotel offers a distinctive interpretation of sustainable luxury rooted in a deep connection to nature. Working alongside Mori Trust, Taisei Corporation, and CRÈME Architecture & Design, MW Group delivered a bespoke furniture package for the hotel's public areas, contributing to the realization of a hospitality environment where craftsmanship, materiality, and wellbeing are seamlessly intertwined.
