The Design
Quality is built into every stage, from the first material decision to the final installation check. Each of our six steps exists to ensure that what was designed is precisely what is delivered.

Design & Brief Coordination
Every project begins with a conversation. We take time to understand the design intent fully, reviewing drawings, specifications and technical requirements before a single decision is made. This stage sets the foundation for everything that follows and ensures our work is aligned with the vision from the outset.

Technical Development
With the brief confirmed, our engineering team translates design intent into precise production documentation. Shop drawings are developed to exacting standards, materials are defined and every construction detail is resolved. Nothing moves forward until the technical foundation is complete and approved.

Prototype & Mock-Up Creation
Before full production begins, we build. Selected pieces are constructed at full scale to validate proportions, material behaviour and construction quality in real conditions. This stage allows designers and clients to experience the work firsthand and make informed refinements before commitment to the production run.

Client Approval
Every prototype and technical document is presented for formal review and sign-off. We work closely with project leads and design teams to address any refinements with precision and care. Approval at this stage gives all parties the confidence to move forward with full production.

Production & Quality Control
Full-scale manufacturing begins with the same attention to detail that defined every earlier stage. Each piece is produced in our Shanghai facility and subject to rigorous inspection at every point in the process, from raw material through to finished surface. Only pieces that meet our standard leave the factory.

Delivery & Installation Support
We manage logistics from the factory floor to the hotel room. Shipments are coordinated to align with construction programmes and on-site schedules. Our team remains available throughout installation to ensure every piece is positioned, fitted and finished exactly as intended.
Our Process
Every project begins with a decision about materials and ends with furniture installed to specification. What happens in between is where the quality is built.

Raw Material Selection
Every project starts with the right material. We source premium solid wood, engineered panels, high grade metals, performance fabrics and foam from certified suppliers.
Our team selects each material by hand based on its structural quality, durability and how it will look and feel in the finished space. If it does not meet the standard, it does not enter the factory.

Design & Engineering
Your specifications become a precise production file. Our technical team works from architectural drawings, FF&E schedules and custom briefs to engineer each component down to the millimetre.
We account for how materials behave, how pieces connect, and how the final product will sit in the room before a single machine is switched on.

Machining & Fabrication
This is where the work happens. Wood is cut, drilled and shaped on CNC machinery and 5 axis machining centres. Metal is laser cut, welded, ground and polished. Upholstery frames are built and fabric is hand cut, stitched and fitted with care.
Each department works on its materials at the same time, keeping production tight and on schedule.

Surface Finishing
The surface is what your guests will see and touch every day. Wood goes through veneering, edge treatment and spray painting. Metal is brushed, polished or powder coated. Every finish is matched exactly to specification, whether that is a warm matte oak, a brushed brass leg or a high gloss lacquer panel.
This stage does not move forward until the result is right.

Client Approval

Assembly & Quality Control
All components come together in our assembly department. Once built, every piece goes through a full inspection covering dimensions, colour accuracy, surface detail and parts completeness.
If something is not right, it is fixed here, not discovered later on a hotel floor or in a residence.

We manage the full process from the factory to the finished room. Each piece is packed to survive international freight. A dedicated coordinator handles timelines, shipping documentation and installation scheduling for your project.
